Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of goods. All returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with packaging intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of our premium gourmet offerings and food safety regulations, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Perishable Items: Fresh products from our Bakery & Patisserie, Cheese & Dairy, Fruit & Vegetables, Meat & Poultry, and Seafood departments
  • Opened Products: Any food, health, or beauty products with broken seals or opened packaging
  • Seasonal Items: Limited edition or seasonal products purchased during special promotions
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked clearance or final sale products

If you receive a damaged or defective product from these categories, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number along with detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the items you’re returning, including all original packaging and documentation. Affix the provided return label to your package and ship it using the carrier specified in your instructions.

Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is complete.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to our error or defective products, we will cover return shipping costs. For customer-initiated returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and processed your return:

  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing
  • PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days to appear in your account after processing
