We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days after receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with intact packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

4.2 Non-returnable Products

Due to the nature of our gourmet food products and food safety regulations, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

• Perishable items: fresh products from our Bakery & Pastries, Cheese & Dairy, Fruits & Vegetables, Meat & Poultry, and Seafood departments
• Opened items: any food, health, or beauty products with broken seals or opened packaging
• Seasonal items: limited-edition or seasonal products purchased during special promotions
• Final sale items: products clearly marked as clearance or final sale

If you receive damaged or defective items from these categories, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4.3 Return Process

1. Submit a return request: Within 15 days of receiving your order, fill out our Return & Exchange Request Form and email it to [email protected]
2. Receive return authorization: We will review your request within 2 business days and send you a return authorization number and detailed shipping instructions
3. Package and ship: Safely package the items you wish to return, including all original packaging and documents. Attach the provided return label and ship via the carrier specified in the instructions
4. Receive refund or exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or send out the exchange within 3–5 business days

4.4 Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to our error or defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost. For customer-initiated returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Once we receive and process your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
